Exterior - Stained Concrete
Exterior – Stain – Highlands Ranch
We received a call from a client that was in search for someone to correct his recent back patio acid stained job. Their expectations had not been met when they saw their new reddish/orange patio when they were expecting a warm subtle caramel tone. Utilizing our dyes we first brought the surface back to a natural dessert sand tone. From there with the client’s guidance we started coloring with a light brown color to give a tone that matched their expectations and their additional patio. To further dress up their outdoor living space we added a slightly darker border and engraved a stylish design to enrich the concrete appearance and complement the new arbor and landscape. |

Tresana Pool and Pavilion – Highlands Ranch, CO
This project was a pool and pavilion area in an elite community in Highlands Ranch. The area was over 6,000 sq feet so the makeover needed to be simple but elegant. The architecture of the community has a Tuscan feel with the use of natural materials such as stone and iron. The concrete was not elaborate enough for the area. In order to bring it up to par we created a warm feel with the use of acid staining and engraving. Flagstones were engraved throughout the pool and spa area. In the pavilion we used the architectural details of the columns to create a large grid pattern in two tones. The colors were pulled from the stonework walls and columns.

Patio – Black Forest, CO - Customers had a brand new home. The patio was a little too small so they had the builder extend it. Once completed there was a very large difference in color between the two pours. The original patio had an almost tan look while the new pour was very gray. They requested we try to mask the large color gap as best as we could. Padre Brown, medium tone brown was chosen. The staining process brought the two closer together integrating the patio. The pictures will speak for themselves.

The Arboretum - The Arboretum just received its final facelift with the addition of the building logo in their front patio. Red Peak Properties, the building owners, wanted the building logo displayed in this area to re-enforce their new image as people approach the building. The staining and engraving did wonders in improving the buildings curb appeal.
Residential-Exterior - This walkway was decorated with two colors and very subtle patterns.
Residential-Exterior - Round Patio - This is a 50 year old concrete patio, stained and engraved to resemble flagstone. Prevents weeds from growing between stones.
